The future of virtual classrooms built on pedagogy, AI, and analytics

BigBlueButton has been embedded into the core of Moodle LMS since 2020.

BigBlueButton is built upon a pedagogical foundation with a focus on active learning (vs. passive learning in video conferencing systems), and live analytics to enable educators to give feedback where it matters most: in the moment.

As the use of AI increases, we believe that human-to-human connection and social constructivism (the foundations of Moodle!) will be even more important in the classroom – physical or virtual.
