What is a Moodle Moot?
A MoodleMoot is a conference dedicated to users, developers and administrators of the very popular open-source course management system called Moodle. It lasts 2 or 3 days and is held in a conference centre, university, or similar facility where a lot of people can meet and discuss Moodle.
What is MoodleMoot DACH?
MoodleMoot DACH is the MoodleMoot of German, Austrian and Swiss Moodle users. #MootDACH19 is for all Moodle users, administrators, teachers, developers and pedagogues working in the university environment. In order to emphasize the mutual exchange of experience, MoodleMoot DACH is a user-generated event: conducted as a BarCamp and DevCamp, with delegates choosing on site what they wish to work on.
MoodleMoot DACH is one of only a few MoodleMoots in the world that is recognised as an Official MoodleMoot by Moodle headquarters in Australia.
