It is crucial that pre-service teachers become familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) because they will educate ensuing generations in the culture of sustainability. This presentation reports the implementation and the outcomes of a Moodle-based learning situation focusing on the SDGs. The participants were pre-service teachers enrolled on face-to-face English as a foreign language course. This course is taught in the Degree in Primary School Education at the University of Valencia (Spain). Participants’ knowledge about the SDGs was tested before and after the lesson. A questionnaire was used to gather participants’ opinions about the learning situation. Data collection finished in May 2023. Preliminary results suggest that the learning situation was successful.
