eduvidual.at is a Moodle site managed by the Center for Learning Management for all schools in Austria. The site is hosted on servers of the Austrian ministry of education, technical support is provided by think-modular and GTN Solutions. The University of Education Upper Austria offers pedagogical development and enhancement of the site so that schools don’t have to deal with technical and administrative overload and can concentrate on their core competency of teaching.
Each school has a separate area for their users but the platform allows all teachers in Austria to cooperate and share resources. The Moodle site offers some special features to facilitate cooperation and sharing like the OER-pool or the question categories on system level. Usability for students and teachers also has been improved by providing an enrolment key to a course that can be shared as a link or QR code.
