Every six months a new version of Moodle is released, packed full of exciting new features and improvements. Many minor versions are released in between, with fixes for bugs and security vulnerabilities.
Have you ever wondered about the process that takes a bug report or new idea and results in the fix or feature appearing in the next Moodle release?
This presentation will work through an example of a Moodle tracker ticket opened against a recent version of Moodle, looking at the stages this goes through and the different people involved, as this makes its way from an idea to a feature that you are able to deploy and use on your own Moodle site.
