Open source inherently tends toward complexity due to its shared authorship, but this can be mitigated with the right design processes. In this session, we will explore various product design techniques and their direct applications within Moodle’s product landscape. The goal is to provide useful tools for all members of a product team (including product/UX designers, front-end developers, product managers, etc.) to develop Moodle features that align with the baseline product, are scalable, and less likely to become quickly outdated.
