Moodle as a Software Solutions Sales Platform

The software solutions sales process is time consuming and requires both attention to detail and immaculate record-keeping. Often, sales agents present and gather information from organizations in a series of meetings, emails, and phone calls. Moving this information from a call to a CRM can lead to inaccuracies and omissions in a high-paced environment. Moreover, sales agents are the primary sources of education for potential clients, both about the products they sell as well as the solutions they provide. This session presents a Moodle use case where product education and solution requirements gathering are offered through the product being sold – Moodle!
